This is how people with no engineering background are shipping tools that would have required a developer and a month of work two years ago. They're not learning to code. They're learning to describe what they want clearly and then letting AI do the building.

The skill isn't technical. It's clarity. Can you describe the inputs, the outputs, and the logic in between? Can you break a complex problem into steps? Can you test whether something works and articulate why it doesn't?

Most people are still asking AI to help them do their job. The unlock is asking AI to build systems that do parts of your job for you.
